Contribute to the Boulder County Dems

Reasons to Donate:

The Boulder County Democratic Party runs on donations.  We and an all-volunteer organization with no paid staff.  Your generous donation allows us to:
  • Maintain a party headquarters where volunteers help with mailings, community outreach, and voter education
  • Publish the Voter Information Guide and distribute it to 180,000 registered voters
  • Organize caucuses, assemblies, conventions and Get-Out-The-Vote efforts
  • Much, much more!

Donate Online (one time donations or monthly recurring donations):

If you would prefer to contribute online, please click the "Donate" button below.  You will be forwarded to a secure ActBlue Web page that will collect payment information.  ActBlue accepts major credit cards and is a progressive organization that BCDP uses to collect campaign donations.  You will be given the option whether to make a one-time donation or set up automatically recurring monthly donations (the recurring donations will be drawn automatically until you notify us to stop).  Any donation amount is welcome, but if you choose to donate $50 or more, you can become a member of the Century Club.  More information about the Century Club here. 


Show your Democratic Spirit:

We have the following great items available at our Boulder HQ (1725B Walnut St., Boulder) and at our 2012 Longmont HQ (723 Main St., Longmont):  Obama bumper sitckers, buttons, magnets, and (soon) yard signs.  Show your local pride with our BCDP organic cotton T-shirts!  We accept donations for these items.  


Our Annual Fundraiser- The Truman Dinner:  

The Truman Dinner is a time-honored Boulder County Dems tradition, and our biggest fundraiser.  We typically hold the Truman Dinner in the fall at different venues around the county.  Everyone is invited to attend- you'll enjoy great food, hear nationally known or locally famous keynote speakers and meet wonderful people. You'll also get a chance to bid on fabulous silent auction items.  For the 2011 Truman Dinner, we were honored to have as our Keynote speaker Congressman Dennis Kucinich.  We are now accepting silent auction item donations for 2012's Truman Dinner.  If you would like to donate an item for the silent auction, please click here.  If you are a candidate or elected official and need more information about how you can have a successful Truman Dinner, please send email here. Annual Truman Dinner:
